Randy Van Leuven is a dedicated funeral professional with 19 years of experience, having entered the field after the loss of his mother. Born and raised in a small town near Redding, California, he graduated from California State University, Chico, and attended mortuary school at American River College in Sacramento. Randy began his career at Poole-Larson Funeral Home and later worked at Major Family Funeral Home before becoming the general manager at Musgrove Family Mortuary.
Randy is passionate about helping families navigate their grief, providing personalized services that honor their loved ones. He has been married to his wife, Becky for 23 years, and together they have three children and a foster daughter.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys outdoor activities like camping and fishing, as well as restoring classic cars. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and is excited to manage a family-owned funeral home and cemetery, furthering his commitment to serving the community with compassion and care.
Katie Carey was born and raised in Eugene, OR and started her career in funeral service in 2023. She joined the Rest-Haven family in 2024 and is honored to be apart of a team that has a deep commitment and compassion for serving families. Having supported countless families through their most difficult moments, Katie knows the importance of patience, empathy and providing personalized care.
In her free time she enjoys being outside playing golf and disc golf with her friends and family, as well as reading and spending quality time with her 2 cats.
